Down the Garden Path

 

In 2023 I created the YouTube series Down The Garden Path. Each of the six episodes features a unique outside space and profiles the talented gardener behind it, exploring their memories, stories and inspiration and providing the viewer with four minutes of pure, mindful escapism. Gardeners featured include Jekka McVicar, Charles Dowding, Andrew Timothy O'Brien and Ellen Mary.

 

The series returned in 2024 and the episode featuring acclaimed garden writer, Barbara Segall, was shortlisted for Film of the Year at the Garden Media Guild Awards.

 

In 2025, the series was picked up by ITV and both seasons were broadcast as part of Alan Titchmarsh’s Gardening Club.

 

The series is a true labour of love for me. I produce, direct and edit the films myself and cherish the opportunity to explore the most fascinating gardens in the UK and shine a spotlight on the remarkable people behind them.

 

Season three is due to go into production summer 2025.
